Mobile SEO Training Program
We started this program back in 2022 because too many developers were building beautiful mobile sites that nobody could find. Search engines had changed their rules, but training hadn't caught up.
This isn't about memorizing algorithm updates or chasing ranking tricks. You'll learn how mobile search actually works—from how crawlers interpret your JavaScript frameworks to why Core Web Vitals matter more on phones than desktops.
Our approach comes from working with over 80 Vietnamese businesses that needed their mobile sites to perform. We've seen what works when you're optimizing for slower connections and what breaks when you assume everyone has the latest iPhone.
How the Program Works
Nine months divided into three practical phases. Each builds on what you learned before, and you'll work on an actual site throughout the whole course.
Mobile-First Foundations
Start with how mobile crawlers behave differently. You'll audit real sites, identify common mistakes, and understand why mobile indexing changed everything in 2019.
We cover viewport configuration, responsive images, and touch target sizing—the basics that still trip up experienced developers.
Months 1-3Performance & Rendering
This phase gets technical. You'll optimize JavaScript rendering, lazy loading strategies, and server response times specifically for mobile networks.
Most of our time goes to Core Web Vitals—not just measuring them, but actually fixing the issues. We use real devices, not just Chrome DevTools.
Months 4-6Local & Market Optimization
The final stretch focuses on Vietnam's specific challenges: intermittent connectivity, varied device capabilities, and local search patterns.
You'll also learn structured data implementation, AMP considerations, and how to explain technical SEO decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Months 7-9Who Teaches This
Both instructors still do client work, which means the examples and techniques stay current. They're not teaching from five-year-old slide decks.
Thuan Nguyen
Technical SEO SpecialistThuan spent six years at a Ho Chi Minh digital agency before going independent in 2021. He's the one who'll show you Chrome's rendering pipeline and explain why certain JavaScript patterns kill your mobile rankings.
He's blunt about what works and what doesn't—you won't get theoretical answers when you ask practical questions.
Linh Tran
Mobile Performance EngineerLinh came from backend development and switched to mobile optimization after getting frustrated with how slow sites performed on actual Vietnamese networks.
She handles the performance modules and has a gift for explaining complex rendering concepts in ways that make sense. Her background in Node.js means she understands both frontend and server-side optimization.
What to Expect
Classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. We record sessions, but you'll get more out of live attendance—lots of questions and group troubleshooting happen in real time.
Between classes, you'll have assignments. Not busywork—actual optimization tasks on your project site. Most students spend 6-8 hours per week outside class time.
